We are looking to recruit an experienced Independent Financial Adviser, who is proficient in providing financial advice on pensions, investments, protection, and inheritance tax planning. Our clients are typically high-net-worth and have complex planning needs, and so you will be expected to provide clarity to clients and deliver the exceptional quality service that they have come to expect.

This is a pure advisory role – paraplanning, administrative, and compliance support will be provided, as well as a network of professional introducers. Alongside leads provided by the company, you will be responsible for generating new business and providing regular reviews to an existing client book.

About you:

  • A positive, can-do attitude is essential
  • Qualified to at least Level 4 Diploma, and working towards Chartered status
  • 3 years minimum experience as a Financial Adviser with a successful track record

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Paraplanner

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Paraplanner to join our team, supporting our financial advisers in delivering a consistently high standard of service to our clients.

This is a dedicated paraplanning position, focused on the technical aspects of financial planning, with administrative and compliance support provided separately.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting advisers in formulating tailored client advice
  • Conducting detailed research and analysis of financial products and funds
  • Preparing high-quality suitability reports in line with FCA requirements
  • Undertaking technical and tax calculations using industry research tools
  • Building and maintaining cashflow models to support client planning

About you:

We are looking for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

You will ideally be/have:

  • Qualified to at least Level 4 Diploma, and working towards Chartered status
  • 2 years minimum experience as a Paraplanner
  • Experience using Intelligent Office, FE Analytics, and CashCalc
  • Good technical knowledge of financial products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Financial Administrator

As we continue to expand, we are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our team. This is a key support role within the business, working closely with our financial advisers and paraplanners to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of client work. You will play an important part in maintaining a high level of service for our clients, supporting the team with accurate, timely, and well-organised administration.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to:

  • Co-ordinate between the firm’s financial advisers, paraplanners, and other administrators to ensure smooth running operations, along with timely and accurate delivery of information
  • Contact providers to obtain valuations on client products
  • Prepare illustrations and new business applications on various platforms
  • Manage and maintain information within the firm’s case management system, Intelligent Office
  • Create and send meeting preparation documents to clients
  • Liaise effectively, and build relationships with clients as a point of contact for incoming queries
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested
  • Provide support and recommendations in advancing the companies systems and processes
  • Remain compliant within the rules of our various regulatory bodies

About you:
