Sam Upton

Having previously worked as an Administrator at a fellow IFA firm and then in accounting at a law firm, I found that my passion lies solely with Financial Services. I joined Golden Oak Wealth Management in October 2026 and I’ll be helping with all things administration-related.

I am currently working towards achieving my Diploma in Financial Planning after taking a brief hiatus from studying, having already completed a number of these exams.

In my free time I enjoy playing video games and tending to my animals. I am part of an esports team that has toured the country playing in tournaments, achieving some 1^st and 2^nd place finishes.
